Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer tailors her legal strategy to each and every client’s differing needs, and all aspects of a client’s case are given the utmost attention. Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer is a caring and compassionate listener, and Schindlbeck Law will treat every client with the respect they deserve to reach the resolutions they desire.

 

Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer is also a level-headed negotiator, seeking reasonable solutions for you and your family. If a matter can be resolved without court intervention, Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer will do her best to solve the issues for your family without incurring the costs of litigation. However, she is not afraid to passionately and aggressively advocate for her clients in court when necessary.

 

The office hours of Schindlbeck Law are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Please note:  All in-person office meetings (& drop-ins) are by appointment only. 

 

Additionally, once Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer is retained, a client will receive her cell phone number to reach her after hours in the event of an emergency− because sometimes legal crisis strikes outside of normal office hours.

 

Attorney Schindlbeck-Fischer reminds herself daily that being an attorney means she is a counselor at law; she is determined to provide her clients not only superb legal guidance, but also access to necessary community resources to start writing a new chapter of their life.

Nycolle Schindlbeck-Fischer is a Grand Haven native. Nycolle graduated as a distinguished academic leader from Grand Haven High School in 2007. She then attended Michigan State University (GO GREEN!!) in East Lansing, Michigan for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Psychology. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in the Science of Psychology and a minor in Child Development in 2012. She went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where she was an avid member of the Family Law Assistance Project and provided pro bono services assisting indigent individuals in their family law needs. She graduated in 2015 from Cooley Law with honors as cum laude. Nycolle’s focus in law school was litigation and family law. Nycolle was the president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society for Cooley and won the Best Organization of the Year award while sitting as the president. Nycolle was also a member of the Animal Law Society and Women Lawyers Association. Nycolle worked at a general practice firm in Birch Run, where her passion and love for family law was solidified. Upon a desire to tailor her expertise in family law, she moved home to West Michigan to work for a small firm that specialized solely in family law matters. Most recently, Nycolle opened a law firm to provide her hometown community with quality legal representation.
